Ashley Czaplinski

Ashley Czaplinski has a strong background in the banking and credit industry, with experience spanning over 20 years. Ashley began their career in 2003 as a Bank Teller at University & Community Federal Credit Union. Following this, they worked as a Financial Service Representative at Mid American Credit Union from 2004 to 2006. Ashley then joined Home National Bank in 2006 as a Loan Processor and Credit Analyst, where they stayed for four years. In 2010, they joined RCB Bank, initially as an AVP - Credit Analyst Manager and later promoted to VP - Credit Analyst Manager. Ashley has been with RCB Bank since 2010, showcasing their commitment and expertise in credit analysis and management.

Ashley Czaplinski obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Cowley College from 1999 to 2001. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Oklahoma State University between 2001 and 2003.
