Kyle Severin has extensive experience in application and technology support within the banking industry, currently serving as an Application Support Engineer I at RCB Bank since October 2018. Prior roles at RCB Bank include Business Technology Support II and I during the transition from Central Bank and Trust Co., where Kyle held various positions, including Lead Teller and IT Helpdesk. With a solid foundation in customer service and operational roles, Kyle began a career in banking while completing higher education, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship/Management from Wichita State University as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Hutchinson Community College. Additionally, early experience included customer service roles in retail and sports event management.
