Arjay Nacion is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Full Stack Development Lead at RCG Global Services since February 2019, Arjay has previously held positions such as Senior Software Engineer III at MicroPact and Chief Technology Officer at BrokerHub, where significant technological innovations were implemented. Arjay possesses strong expertise in a variety of technologies including Spring/SpringBoot, Angular, AWS, and Docker, and has a proven track record of enhancing development methodologies and migrating projects to modern frameworks. Arjay completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an Associate's Degree in Computer System Programming from Mabini Colleges in Daet, Camarines Norte.
