Gina Chapman

Gina Chapman is a seasoned professional in talent recruitment and enrollment strategy with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving in Centralized Services at RCG Talent Solutions since July 2021, Gina focuses on connecting social sector professionals with mission-driven organizations. Prior to this role, Gina was the Senior Director of Enrollment Strategy and Operations at Year Up from March 2018 to August 2021, where management of teams and strategic plans for recruitment and admissions was prioritized across multiple markets. Gina also held significant positions at Teach For America, including Director of Professional Recruitment and Manager of Learning and Development, where responsibilities included recruiting professionals and enhancing the skills of recruitment teams. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Classical Studies and History from Colgate University, earned in 2007.
