Matshethe Malapile

Matshethe Malapile is an accomplished Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Technologist at RCL FOODS since March 2023, Matshethe previously held the position of Senior Technical Officer at Beyers Chocolates from January 2022 to August 2023, after another tenure at RCL FOODS as a Quality Assurance Technologist from May 2017 to January 2022. Matshethe's career began as a Quality Control Technician at Sunspray Food Ingredients from January 2011 to April 2017, focusing on the stability of emulsions for high-quality food ingredients. Matshethe holds a National Diploma in Food Technology from the University of Johannesburg, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
