Millicent Nyakaza

Millicent Nyakaza is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in the culinary, pet food, beverages, and grocery sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at RCL FOODS since November 2019, Millicent has held various roles including HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes a tenure at Nampak from December 2012 to October 2019, where Millicent advanced from HR Graduate Trainee to HR Manager. Millicent holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Industrial Sociology and Organizational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School, and completed the Nampak Graduate Development Programme at GIBS Business School.
