Erica Thomas

Erica Thomas serves as the Education and Outreach Manager at RCM of Washington, Inc. since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing staff for health education initiatives, co-facilitating the Direct Support Professional Academy, and promoting job readiness programs for individuals with disabilities. Previously, Thomas held roles at Georgetown University, providing health education and technical assistance for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and worked as a Metro Orientation Specialist. Additional experience includes a Program Specialist position at the DC Department of Health, focusing on public health initiatives and curriculum development. Erica Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Human Performance and a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Frostburg State University.
