Mary Ellen Saks

Mary Ellen Saks has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at RCP Management Company since August 2013, overseeing a 370-unit condominium with a $4.8 million annual budget and a $3 million capital improvement budget. Previously, Mary Ellen held property management positions at Taylor Management Company and RCP Management Company, managing cooperative and condominium properties with complex budgets ranging from $4.8 million to $11.8 million for operational and capital improvements. Additionally, Mary Ellen worked at Galaxy Towers Condominium Association as a Property Manager and Comptroller, managing a 1,076-unit luxury mixed-use property with an $18 million annual budget and a $25 million capital improvement budget, while supervising a staff of 130 employees.
