Lara Hebbend

Lara Hebbend is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruiting Team Lead for OFI / Powering Innovation since March 2024, while also leading recruitment efforts at RCR Mining Technologies since September 2022. Prior to these roles, Lara worked at MAX Employment from June 2016 to September 2022, holding positions including Work For the Dole Business Manager for Western Australia, South Australia, and Northern Territory, Acting National Operations Manager for AAR, and Work For the Dole Coordinator. Additionally, Lara spent over 15 years at Centrelink as a Senior Customer Service Representative in various roles from March 2001 to June 2016, and began a career in management as a Training Assistant at the Western Australian Institute of Management from March 1999 to March 2001. Education was completed at Bunbury Catholic College from 1992 to 1996.
