Scott Griffiths

Scott Griffiths is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the staffing industry, currently serving as a Recruiter at RCS Staffing since March 2024. Prior to this role, Scott held similar positions at Specialized Recruiting Group in Charlotte, NC, from July 2022 to March 2024, and as an Executive Recruiter at AccruePartners from August 2021 to July 2022. Scott's earlier career includes significant leadership roles at Woodforest National Bank, where Scott served as Regional Manager and Assistant Vice President, as well as Branch Manager from May 2006 to February 2020.
