Izell Reese has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the CEO of RCX since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the President & GM of RCX from March 2019 to June 2021. In 2019, they also joined NFL FLAG as the Executive Director, a role they currently hold.
Reese has had previous roles such as GM at Rivals Camp & Combine Series, starting in 2016. In 2017, they became a Jr. NBA Consultant, overseeing and managing U.S. qualifying tournaments for the Jr. NBA.
