Abby Buchmiller

Abby Buchmiller is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the solar industry, currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of RDCL Services since August 2022, specializing in on-demand labor and scalable solutions. Abby holds the position of Board Member and Marketing Director at the Residential Solar Association since October 2023 and provides advisory services at 1982 Media as a Solar Industry Advisor and Consultant. Additionally, Abby founded Labeled Design Co in October 2021 and previously co-founded and served as CEO at Empire Solar Group from July 2017 to July 2021, overseeing a workforce of over 600. Abby began a career in technical services as a Member/Manager and Contract Administrator at R&J Technical Services from March 2006 to December 2020. Abby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Western Governors University, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
