David Schnerch

David Schnerch has extensive work experience in the field of building science and structural engineering. David is currently working as a Principal, Building Science Specialist, and Structural Engineer at RDH Building Science since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. as a Structural Engineer from July 2005 to December 2022. David also served as a Research Associate at North Carolina State University from September 2001 to June 2005.

David Schnerch's education history includes a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree with an Architecture Option from the University of Manitoba, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. David then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba, which they completed from 1996 to 1999. David continued their education at the University of Manitoba and earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from 1999 to 2001. David further expanded their education by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their educational achievements, David holds multiple certifications as a Professional Engineer from various prestigious institutions such as Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and North Carolina.
