Eli Trindade

Eli Trindade currently serves as the Director of Talent and Culture at RDH Building Science, where responsibilities include shaping the strategic direction of people programs and providing executive coaching to senior leaders. As a People Strategist, Coach, and Facilitator at T+C, Eli specializes in creating tailored strategies to help organizations and individuals achieve their potential. Previous roles include Head of People and Operations at Hammerco Lawyers LLP and Human Resources Director at Kiaro, with comprehensive experience in Human Resources operations in various firms. Notable early career positions included Regional HR Manager at MHA MacIntyre Hudson and Human Resources Generalist at the Law Society of British Columbia. Eli holds an education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed between 2010 and 2015.
