Sean Hickey

Sean is the Northeast Regional Sales Manager for RDI. Sean was blown away by RDI’s technology from the first time he saw it and is excited to be an ambassador – bringing this disruptive technology to the market.

Sean brings with him a desire to match world-class service before and after the sale with great products to create an ideal experience for RDI’s customers.

Sean’s boisterous personality and love for problem-solving allowed him to evolve from Engineering alone to Sales and Account Development. His natural technical aptitude and outgoing personality created a perfect blend for technical sales. Prior to joining the team at RDI Technologies, Sean spent several years recruiting in technical fields before joining CTC, where he sold vibration analysis hardware as a Regional Manager overseeing the southeastern United States.

Sean holds a degree in Packaging Science Engineering with a minor in Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology in NYS. He was first and formerly introduced into the world of Shock and Vibration while attending RIT, where he spent most of his time in a laboratory researching the impact of packaging design and material sciences. Sean is a member of the International Honour Society and graduated in the top 10% of his class at RIT.
