Grigory Salnikov

Grigory Salnikov is an experienced project manager specializing in IT product development and management within governmental and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at НИИ «Восход» since November 2013, Grigory focuses on building product vision, strategy development, and managing eGovernment projects. Previously, Grigory held the position of Executive Director in IT Development at VSK Insurance, overseeing corporate projects and implementing IT strategies. Prior experience includes project management roles at Alcatel-Lucent, where significant achievements involved the successful completion of over ten projects and the implementation of the largest ContactCenter in Russia for JSC "MTS." Grigory's educational background includes a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation and a Master's degree in Math, Cryptography, and Computer Sciences from the Academy of Federal Security Service of Russia.
