Shawn Stone has over 25 years of experience in marketing operations, client services, and training across various industries. Currently serving as the Client Services Director at RDI Corporation since March 2015, Shawn focuses on strategic growth and operational support for clients. Prior to this role, Shawn held several positions at Sage Telecom from July 1999 to July 2014, culminating in the Executive Director of Marketing Operations, Training, and Sales, where responsibilities included product profitability analysis, direct mail acquisitions, and agent training development. Earlier career roles included positions at Hodges Architecture as a Marketing Assistant and at 3Com as a Telecom Account Administrator. Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University, obtained in 1992.
