Chad Flaugh has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working at RDR, Inc. as a SOF Operations Exercise Planner and Analyst. In the same year, they also became an Alumni of Cohort 39 at The Honor Foundation. In 2017, they began working at Naval Special Warfare Group FOUR as an Operations Exercise Planner, specializing in design, development, planning, and logistical support of training exercises. In 2016, they began working at Special Boat Team 22 as a Special Boat Team Chief, managing and ensuring 100% accountability of $6.5M worth of equipment with zero discrepancies. In 2013, they began working at Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Trade School as a Course Manager and instructor. In 2006, they returned to Special Boat Team 22 as a Leading Petty Officer and Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman. In 2005, they worked as a Firefighter at both Norfolk International Airport and Langley Fire Dept. In 2003, they began working as a Firefighter at the United States Air Force. In 2002, they began working at Buffalo Wild Wings as an Assistant Manager.
