Vinh Phan

Vinh Phan has over 30 years of work experience. Vinh began their career in 1986 with the USAF as an MC130H Evaluator Navigator and Director of Plans and Programs. In 1996, they joined CAG as an Air LNO. In 2006, they joined RDR, Inc. as a Ft Bragg Site Manager and Senior Analyst.

Vinh Phan attended Washington Lee High School from 1978 to 1982. Vinh then earned a BS in Business Management from Virginia Tech from 1982 to 1986. Finally, they obtained an MS in International Relations from Troy University from 1992 to 1994.
