Jeremy Goodyear has a extensive and diverse work experience in the engineering field. Jeremy started their career in 1978 as a Structural/Civil Engineer at Rendel, Palmer & Tritton. Jeremy then moved to IDC (Industrial Design & Construction) in 1988, where they worked as a Senior Structural Engineer until 1991. Jeremy later joined Wood Group as a Chief Structural Engineer from 1991 to 2004. In 2004, they became an Engineering Manager at both KCA Deutag Drilling Ltd and RDS. At Petrofac, they served as the Structural Technical Authority from August 2011 to December 2011. Jeremy then worked as the Chief Structural Engineer and later as the Head of Engineering at RDS from 2011 until their retirement in September 2018.
Jeremy Goodyear earned a BSc(Eng) in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London, completing their studies from 1975 to 1978.
