David Nicewinter CM, MEP began their education at Averett University in 1991 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Airway Science Management in 1995. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include being a Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) from FEMA, which they obtained in April 2020. David is also a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives, obtained in November 2017. Furthermore, they hold a Private Pilot - Single Engine Land certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, which they obtained in September 1990.
