Dave Weber is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Reach Financial since May 2024, Weber previously held the role of Engineering Manager at Coconut Software, where responsibilities included overseeing the engineering department, managing multiple teams, and driving talent acquisition and performance processes.
