Jeff Amtoft has over 25 years of experience in IT support and system administration. Currently serving as a System Administrator at REACH Air Medical Services since August 2015, responsibilities include the management of systems, software, networking, and project standardization. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at IBM as a Desktop Support specialist for the Healthnet account, where support encompassed a wide range of devices and implementations of process improvements. Jeff also has experience as a Team Lead at Healthnet, overseeing a team of eight technicians. Earlier in the career, Jeff provided client support for Broderbund Software. Amtoft holds a Computer Support Specialist degree from Empire College School of Business.
