Ralph Kurtenbach is an experienced professional with a diverse background in journalism, education, and communications. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher and Freelance Writer/Editor for Sioux Falls School District since December 2018, Ralph has also contributed to Reach Beyond since August 2005, holding roles that include Early Retiree and Communications for the Latin America Region. Ralph's experience encompasses coordinating English-learning conversations in Ecuador, managing a newsroom as News Director for the English Language Service, and reporting at The Gary Interstate. Ralph's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a certificate in Spanish from Rio Grande Bible Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from South Dakota State University.
