Ethan Russell

Ethan Russell has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Ethan began their career as a Consultant for Solution Design Group, where they held the roles of Program Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Project Manager. In 2012, they worked as a Scrum Master for Best Buy, and as a Product Owner for Restaurant Technologies. In 2015, they were a Product Owner for Questar Assessment Inc., and in 2016 they were a Scrum Master for CWT and an Agile Coach for CaringBridge. In 2017, they were an Agile Coach for Capella University and a Program Manager for Patterson Companies, Inc. Since 2020, they have been a Program Manager for ECMC Education and a Scrum Master for Reach Media Network.

Ethan Russell obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Organizational Administration from Metro State University between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science - AS in Business Analyst from Hennepin Technical College between 2005 and 2007, as well as an Associate of Science - AS in Business Management from the same institution. Ethan also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) (obtained in February 2012), Professional Agile Leadership, Professional Scrum Master, and Professional Scrum Product Owner.
