Shermineh Davari

Shermineh Davari, PhD, currently serves as the Director of the Inland Health Professions Consortium and Workforce Solutions Manager at Reach Out since December 2022. Previously, Shermineh held the position of Program Design Consultant at Matz Learning Solutions, LLC, where the focus was on developing leadership training for women of color. At Commonwealth Catholic Charities, Shermineh acted as a Career Development Mentor and Cultural Ambassador, supporting refugee communities in their career advancement and resettlement processes. Shermineh's academic background includes a PhD in Communication Studies and an MS in Journalism from Ohio University, where extensive teaching and research experience in cross-cultural communication, social justice, and media portrayals was gained. Additionally, Shermineh holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Translation.
