Rick Hill

Rick Hill is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Client Delivery Transformation Leader at Reach Partners ™ since September 2020, Rick previously took a personal sabbatical to manage family health issues and oversee family farm operations from September 2018 to September 2020. Prior to that, Rick held critical roles at Infor as a Delivery Executive and at Golfsmith International as Vice President of Information Technology and Vice President of Shared Services and PMO. From 2003 to 2011, significant contributions were made at Zale Corporation, where Rick advanced through several positions including Vice President of Information Technology and Sr. Director IT, Supply Chain Solutions. Rick's career began at Caprock IT Consulting LLC as a Consultant. Rick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Dallas Baptist University.
