Brett Willman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brett started their career as a Picnic Server at Kane County Cougars Baseball in 2009. In 2011, they joined MC Sports as a Sales Associate, where they provided excellent customer service, managed their workload while attending school full time, and improved their product knowledge through training. From 2014 to 2016, Brett worked at Rich Harvest Farms, first as a Marketing Intern and then as part of the Sales & Marketing team, where they delivered presentations to different audiences and facilitated various events. In 2016, they joined GfK as a Research Associate, working on syndicated studies and assisting with the marketing department and the UX team. Brett was later promoted to Senior Research Associate and provided high-level consumer insights for a wide range of industries. In 2021, Brett joined Behaviorally as an Insights Manager, where they managed research projects, analyzed data, built client relationships, and translated data into actionable insights. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Research Consultant at Reach3 Insights, where they apply their expertise in research and consulting to assist clients.
Brett Willman completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing and Business Administration at Aurora University from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Geneva High School from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Brett has obtained various certifications, such as the Hootsuite Certified Professional from Hootsuite Media Inc. in October 2014 and the Protecting Human Research Participants certification from The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Extramural Research in January 2014. Brett also holds a Collegiate Role Playing and Relationship Selling Certificate from the American Marketing Association, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
