Marie Francesca

Marie Francesca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and leadership. Currently serving as a Career Guide for Women's Leadership at reacHIRE, Marie has been with The MITRE Corporation since 1985, holding various leadership roles including Director of the Air Operations Division and Director of Systems Engineering Capability Development. Marie is a member of MITRE's Innovation Leadership team and has significantly contributed to advancing systems engineering practices. Additionally, Marie serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Vermont Engineering Program and has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University. Marie's career began in software development for computer-aided manufacturing prior to earning a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University at Albany.
