Mhc Nicola Bailey Mpa

Nicola Bailey, MHC, MPA has extensive work experience in the field of child welfare and management. Nicola recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at REACHUP, INC. Since 2011, they held the position of Executive Director at Embrace Families, where they oversaw a multi-million dollar budget and implemented quality improvement initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Children's Home Society of Florida as the Director of Program Operations and Program Director, where they focused on program development, leadership, and management of various child welfare programs.

Nicola Bailey, MHC, MPA attended the University of Central Florida where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Nicola later pursued higher education at Troy University, earning a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and another Master's degree in Public Administration.
