Maxime Bonnin

Maxime Bonnin has extensive experience in Agile coaching and change management. Maxime worked as an Agile Coach at Reacteev starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Capgemini since 2021, including Agile Coach for an IT department, where they coached teams, implemented agile practices, and provided advisory services for department reorganization. Maxime also worked as a Release Train Engineer on behalf of the French Direction of Public Finance.

Before joining Capgemini, Maxime worked at CIMPA PLM Services as an Agile Coach & Change Manager on behalf of Airbus Helicopters. Maxime also held roles as an IT Portfolio Manager and Agile Coach on behalf of Premium Aerotec, and as a PMO & Agile Consultant for digital innovation within Engineering & Manufacturing departments for Airbus Helicopters.

Maxime's work experience also includes an internship as a Mechanical Engineering Assistant at Portalliance and a production internship at SGS. Maxime completed their MSc Thesis at TUM in 2018.

Maxime Bonnin's education history shows a progression of academic achievements and certifications. From 2016 to 2018, Bonnin attended the Technical University of Munich and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General. These include the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) obtained in October 2022, SAFe 5 Certified Release Train Engineer obtained in November 2021, SAFe 5 Program Consultant Certification obtained in April 2019, Product Owner Certified obtained in February 2019, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) obtained in November 2018. Furthermore, Bonnin holds certifications such as Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant, and Certified SAFe® 6 Release Train Engineer, all obtained in April 2023. Additionally, Bonnin holds a TOEIC - Listening and Reading certification obtained in January 2016.
