Maksim Osin

Maksim Osin has extensive work experience in the gaming industry, holding various roles in different companies. Maksim is currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Alternativa Games since April 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded Reaction Games in 2020 and held the position of CEO.

Before their time at Reaction Games, Maksim worked at Alternativa Games from 2008 to 2021, where they held multiple positions. Maksim was the CEO from January 2016 to February 2021, the CTO from December 2014 to December 2015, and the Lead Software Engineer from May 2008 to November 2014.

Maksim started their career as a Leading Programmer at Prognoz in January 2008 and worked there until April 2008. Maksim also gained experience as an Automation Engineer at TГK-9 from August 2005 to December 2007.

Maksim Osin attended Perm State Technical University (PSTU) from 2001 to 2006, where they studied Automation and Telemechanics. From 2004 to 2006, they also attended the Institute for Advanced Qualification Enhancement - RMCPK, focusing on management. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Maksim pursued a General MBA at City Business School. It should be noted that no specific degree names were mentioned for any of these educational experiences.
