Jack Joyce has a bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering & Marine Transportation, which they obtained from the United States Merchant Marine Academy from 1980 to 1984. Later, they pursued a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1987 to 1988.
