Leo Mascarenhas

Leo Mascarenhas serves as Vice President of Application Development and Cloud ERP at ReaderLink, overseeing teams focused on iSeries, Finance and Operations, and Blue Yonder Warehouse management. With extensive experience in application development, previous roles include Senior Director, where Leo managed data migration and application initiatives, and Director of WMS and ERP Application Development, leading the IBMi development team. Prior to ReaderLink, Leo held positions at The Warranty Group, Crate & Barrel, and several other companies, emphasizing application design and development across various platforms. Leo holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and multiple certifications in information technology and software development, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication.
