Michael Todd is the National Senior Director, Marketing & Communications at Reading Partners. Michael has over 20 years of experience in marketing,communications, and management.

Michael started their career as a marketing intern for the San Francisco 49ers. Michael then became a marketing representative for Anheuser-Busch. After a brief stint in independent consulting, they became the Manager for Score! Educational Centers - a subsidiary of Kaplan, Inc. In 2006, they joined PepsiCo as a marketing manager in their Quaker Foods and Snacks Division. Michael held this position until 2010 when they joined Teach For America as their Managing Director, Marketing and Communications. Michael held this position until 2016 when they joined Reading Partners.

Michael Todd received an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business with a concentration in marketing. Michael also participated in an MBA exchange program at IESE Business School. Their undergraduate degree is in psychology from Stanford University. Michael also participated in an undergraduate exchange program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Michael Todd has a certification from Emtrain in preventing workplace harassment.
