Al Rosenbaum has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology and software industry. Currently, they are the Head of Business Development at Ready Hire, where they focus on providing scholarships, training, and community for students and companies. Prior to this, Al founded and served as the CEO of SHIFTheCONVO.

Before their current roles, Al held the position of SVP of Sales and Customer Success at Engageware, a leading provider of customer engagement solutions. Here, they utilized self-service, knowledge management, and appointment scheduling solutions to enhance customer experiences.

Al also served as the SVP of Sales and Marketing at SilverCloud, Inc., a fintech SaaS firm. During their tenure, they successfully grew the company's revenue, securing new clients and overseeing the sales and account management teams.

In addition, Al worked as the VP of Sales and Customer Success at AccuRev and Borland Software, where they facilitated the revitalization of the company's global go-to-market strategy. This led to the company's successful sale to Micro Focus in 2014.

Before that, Al held the position of SVP of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success at Fidelity Investments, where they transformed the brand into a SaaS model and significantly increased recurring revenues.

Al also served as the EVP of Sales and Marketing at LogicBay, a SaaS provider for reseller sales enablement, and as the EVP of Sales and Marketing at Arch Wireless, where they played a key role in restructuring the company during a bankruptcy period.

Al started their career as a Regional VP of Sales and Marketing at InfoImage and as a Channel Sales Manager at Hewlett-Packard.

Al Rosenbaum obtained a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Behavior from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Al also pursued an MBA in Marketing from the Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as Objective Management Group Consultant from Objective Management Group in January 2006 and Sandler Sales Training from Sandler Training in January 1998.
