Andrew Colello has extensive work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Andrew has held various roles in different companies, starting with their most recent position as a Software Architect at Ready.net. Prior to that, Andrew founded and served as the President of Recursion Labs LLC, where they specialized in data and web application contracting for clients using Python, SQL, and JavaScript. Andrew has also worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where they contributed to open-source projects and assisted in teaching.

In addition, Andrew has served as the Chief Architect at School Improvement Partnership, where they worked on large-scale data projects and led multiple engineering teams. Andrew co-founded Bitreel and served as the VP of Engineering, overseeing the development of an AR/VR platform for online shopping. Before that, they worked as a Senior Research Software Development Engineer at Boston Children's Hospital and as a Lead Data Engineer at Neighborly.

Prior to these positions, Andrew gained experience as a Software Engineer and Python Lead at ADK Group, where they developed web applications and created an API framework. Andrew also worked as a Technical Lead and Software Engineer on the KnowledgeBase Team at Black Duck Software, where they automated processes and trained junior engineers.

Andrew's career began as a Technology Intern at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, where they maintained systems and networks, performed database reorganization, and created JavaScript applets.

Throughout their career, Andrew has showcased their expertise in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools, including Python, SQL, JavaScript, React, Flask, PostgreSQL, Apache Airflow, and more. Andrew'sexperience spans a wide range of industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Andrew Colello completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) degree in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where they studied from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Union College between 2012 and 2016. Andrew's educational journey began at Austin Preparatory School, where they completed their high school education from 2008 to 2012.
