Max also worked as a Software Engineering Consultant at Pickr, where they provided training and support to the team members and led development on the ValidateIQ image recognition product. Max initially joined Pickr as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to building the API powering the platform. Max started their career as a Software Developer at Purple Tuesday Limited, working on various projects using technologies such as Xamarin, Angular, and C#. Max also had a successful freelancing career as a C# developer, building web apps and mobile games for clients in Norfolk.

Max Andreassen attended Dereham Sixth Form from 2015 to 2017 where they pursued A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, and Computer Science, achieving an A* grade in each of these subjects.
