Jillian Glew has worked in the food industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Gray & Company, where they were responsible for quality assurance programs and provided technical support for new product development activities. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at Meijer as an Associate Foods Product Development Manager and Quality Assurance Food Scientist. Here, they lead product development work for deli salads, par-baked breads, and frozen cookie dough, as well as developed best practices for quality assurance and new product development. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Nestlé Nutrition North America (Gerber) as a Quality by Design Manager and Senior Food Technologist. Here, they were responsible for managing programs and procedures related to ingredient approval and recipe design to ensure compliance to strict baby food standards, and also lead bench-top to commercialization of projects across multiple categories. From 2020 to present, they have been working at Reckitt as a Senior Manager - Food Safety, where they are the overall guardian of food safety for all sites in the Americas region. In 2022, they will start working at Ready, Set, Food! as the Director of Product Development.
Jillian Glew attended Michigan State University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology.
