Marta Momot

Marta Momot has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Marta started their career as a Technician of Office Work at Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej, where they managed documentation and provided customer service. Marta then joined F.P.H. "Misztela" Józef Misztela Oddział Oświęcim as an Office Employee and Personnel Specialist, where they helped establish the personnel and payroll department. At Delikatesy Centrum, Marta held the position of Store Manager, overseeing a team of twelve employees and handling day-to-day store operations. Marta later worked at Mila S.A. as a Deputy Manager, coordinating a team of twenty employees, managing accounting, and overseeing work schedules. Currently, they are employed at Ready4S - Custom Software Development Agency, starting as an Office Assistant and progressing to the role of Junior HR Administration & Payroll Specialist. In their current position, Marta creates contracts, manages personnel administration, and maintains employee documentation. Marta also has experience supporting the finance department and collaborating with accounting firms in their previous role as Junior Administration Specialist at Ready4S.

From 2016 to 2017, Marta attended Jagiellonian University, where they studied Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi (Human Resource Management). Marta did not obtain a specific degree during this time.

From 2011 to 2013, Marta pursued a Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychosocjologia (Psychosociology) at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University.

Prior to their Magister degree, from 2008 to 2011, Marta obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Psychosocjologia from the same university.

In addition to their formal education, Marta Momot also obtained a certification in Certyfikowany Kurs Kadry i Płace (Certified Payroll and Personnel Course) from Tax Consilium Sp. z o.o. in March 2019.
