Radosław Tosnowiec has a strong background in entrepreneurship, with a focus on co-founding various companies. In 2008, they co-founded a real estate investment company and went on to co-found Ready4S, a web and mobile app development company, in 2012. In 2014, they co-founded Monument Fund S.A., which was later acquired by Eques TFI. Radosław also co-founded Stowarzyszenie Właścicieli Nieruchomości na Wynajem "Mieszkanicznik" in 2011, a property rental association. Additionally, Radosław Tosnowiec co-founded Braver IT in 2019, Linos Fund in 2020, iTeamly in 2021, and SquadTec Poland in 2020. At SquadTec Poland, their role is expected to end in 2022.
Radosław Tosnowiec's education history includes a Master's degree in Finance from the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, which they obtained from 2008 to 2013. Radosław also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Innovations, and Strategy at Łazarski University from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they received a scholarship in International Business from RISEBA University, where they studied until 2010.
