Kate Dalley

Kate Dalley has over 8 years of work experience in product development, product management, and operations management. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Product Officer at Bolt On Technology (Automotive). From 2019-2021, they were the Senior Director of Product Development and Director of Product Management at PowerChord, Inc., where they were responsible for developing and driving the strategic vision and roadmap for the company's portfolio of products. In 2018, they were the Director of Product Development at Regium Foundation, where they enabled the exchange of royalties for data and facilitated the full lifecycle security and control of that data. From 2017-2018, they were the Director of Product Development and Project Manager at Bringhub, where they managed multiple projects in parallel and successfully launched and scaled custom software solutions for national and international retail and advertising clients. In 2016, they were the Senior Product Manager at OZK Labs, where they led a team of 6 Software Engineers in the development and implementation of a custom online account opening application. From 2014-2016, they were the Product Manager and Management Associate at C1 Bank, where they completed special projects and excelled in MBA level Accounting and Finance courses. In 2013, they were the Healthcare Navigator - Social Media & University Outreach at Pinellas County Government and the Summer Internship at Kayee M.O. House Co., Ltd., where they created a B2B website and integrated data collection system. Finally, they were the Operations Project Manager at Bunker Hill Vineyard and Winery, where they managed seasonal projects and coordinated and marketed volunteer opportunities.
