Frank Højgaard

Frank Højgaard is the CEO and Partner at Readynez, a company dedicated to empowering opportunity leaders with skills, talent, and insights to succeed in a disruptive technological environment. Prior to this, Frank served as the Managing Director at Global Knowledge, the largest privately held provider of training and enterprise learning services for IT and management professionals. Throughout their career, Frank has held various leadership positions in companies such as iMediation, Interbiz, CSC, and PFA Pension. Frank holds an MBA in Strategy, Leadership, and Corporate Governance from Henley Business School and a degree in Finance from the University of Southern Denmark.
