Johnathan Douglass

Johnathan Douglass is an experienced Technical Training Instructor at readysc within the SC Technical College System since May 2017, serving as a Certified Team Leader for the Volvo Cars Project. Douglass emphasizes process improvement and LEAN manufacturing while delivering tailored technical product knowledge and skills training. Prior to this role, Douglass dedicated over 22 years to the United States Air Force, where positions held included Flying Crew Chief Manager and Element Chief, managing extensive aircraft maintenance teams and operations for 52 C-17 aircraft valued at $11 billion. Douglass also served as an instructor and subject matter expert in aircraft maintenance, contributing significantly to the training of personnel in various technical capacities. Douglass holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
