Matt Strunk

Matt Strunk has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Matt is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Enablement at ReadySet Surgical since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Implementation at the same company from January 2021 to September 2022. Matt also held the position of Business Development Manager at ReadySet Surgical from November 2015 to January 2021.

Before joining ReadySet Surgical, Matt had significant involvement with the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM). Matt served as the Chair of the IAHCSMM Certification Council from January 2017 to January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing certification requirements and programs that improve patient care and recognize competent healthcare professionals. Prior to this, they served as the Vice Chair of the IAHCSMM Certification Council from January 2014 to January 2017.

Earlier in their career, Matt worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as the Lead Sterile Processing Tech III from May 2011 to June 2015. Matt also held the position of Lead SPD Tech at Beacon Orthopaedics from June 2009 to March 2013.

Matt Strunk obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Thomas More College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including GI Technical Specialist from SGNA in August 2015, CHL from IAHCSMM in July 2011, CIS from IAHCSMM in April 2011, and CRCST from IAHCSMM in April 2010.
