Jeff King

Jeff King has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jeff is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Jeff is also a Board Member for Collective Music Nation Inc. and The Foundation for Canadian Comedy. In the past, Jeff has held executive positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Atop TV and Interim CEO at Dataclef, Audiam Inc, and MediaNet. Jeff has also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors at DDEX. Prior to these roles, Jeff had a long tenure at SOCAN, where they held positions such as Chief Operating and Corporate Development Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Licensing, Vice President of Membership, Vice President of Member Operations, and Director of Distribution Operations. Before SOCAN, Jeff was the Vice President of the Municipal Electric Association Reciprocal Insurance Exchange (MEARIE). Overall, Jeff has extensive experience in leadership, strategy, corporate development, and operations.

Jeff King completed the Real Estate Governance Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2022. Prior to that, they earned an Honours BA in History and Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wilfrid Laurier University, although the specific timeline for this degree is not provided.
