Shide Massah Fard is a seasoned professional in business management and sales, currently serving as CEO and Mining Manager at Fluorspar Company since January 2020. In addition, Shide holds the position of Sales Manager at both a Real Estate Developer & Investor and RealState Investments, LLC, engaging in these roles since 2019 and May 2017, respectively. Previously, Shide was the Business Manager at an investment company and General Manager at a trading company. With extensive experience in electronic order management at the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade of Iran from 2007 to 2018, Shide built a solid foundation in sales management at Iran Khodro from 2002 to 2007. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Business Management from the University of Tehran, along with multiple master's degrees in public management and business management from Anzali Islamic Azad University and Amirkabir University of Technology. A bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science was earned from Lahijan Islamic Azad University.
