Sandy Loude

Sandy Loude is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in property management and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Real Estate Equities since May 2022, Sandy has previously held positions as a Senior Property Accountant and Accounting Manager at Premier Housing Management. Additionally, Sandy has been the President, Treasurer, and Founder of Tartan Area Youth Enrichment, Inc. since September 2009, overseeing the organization's management and financial reporting. With over 20 years of experience as an Accounting Manager at BDC Management Co., Sandy has supervised a team of seven accountants/bookkeepers while managing accounting for 45+ partnerships and over 4200 units, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procurement policies. Sandy is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting at Metro State University, having already earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Accounting from Rasmussen University.
