Tom Knoll

Tom Knoll is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in real estate accounting and management. Currently serving as Controller at Real Estate Equities since March 2020, Tom previously held the position of Controller - Property & Development at Sherman Associates, where responsibilities included overseeing a property accounting team and managing property audits for over 70 properties. Prior roles include Accounting Manager at The Ackerberg Group, where Tom contributed to the establishment of two private equity funds and managed various accounting processes, and Real Estate Accountant at CBRE, where financial reporting for commercial properties was key. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
