Baldo Minaudo, M.B.A., is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a diverse background in ed-tech, real estate, property management, corporate development, and investment strategy. Currently serving as President of EZsmarts, Inc. since September 2021, Baldo designed and launched an AI-driven educational platform while managing technology development and investor relations. As a Real Estate Broker since January 2013, Baldo assists local and foreign clients in building wealth through real estate investments in Ontario. Baldo also operates as a Property Manager and has held senior roles in various organizations, including President of 13575314 Canada Inc. and MetroActive Corporation, and Vice President of Corporate Development at Delta Uranium Inc. An MBA graduate from the Schulich School of Business, Baldo possesses strong expertise in finance, marketing, and strategic development, complemented by a solid academic background in urban economics and brand management.
